Stanbic Bank Ghana Limited has announced that there will be 10 key prizes at stake when they host the second in the series of the 2010 Stanbic Invitational Golf tournament to be played at the Achimota Golf Course in Accra today.
Six of the prizes will go for the men with other the four going for women.
According to the organisers, there will be auxiliary prizes which will include nearest to the pin on Hole 18 for men and ladies, longest drive on Hole 17 for men and ladies and bubby prizes for both sexes.
The tournament will attract amateur golfers from the various Golf Clubs in Accra and will be played on 18 Hole Stableford.
According to Mr. Mawuko Afadzinu, head of Marketing and Public Affairs of Stanbic Ghana, the tournamentournament is organized each year to foster deeper and meaningful relationships among staff and customers of the bank in a fun packed atmosphere.

We therefore look forward to creating networking opportunities as we have fun playing golf, not just between us and our clients but connect businesses and individuals banking with us as well,” Mr Afadzinu said
The Stanbic Invitational Golf tournament has been running annually for about five years and serves as a key platform to grow the sport in the country.
The first leg was held in Kumasi with Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu as the Guest of Honour.
