A new restaurant has opened its doors for service at Osu, Accra.
This is the McKeown Restaurant which has provided years of satisfactory service in Kumasi and has decided to branch out to the capital.
No better location could have been selected than Osu, the nerve-centre of Accra’s hospitality industry.
The name, McKeown, may not mean much to residents of Accra.
But for those who have savoured the eatery scene in Kumasi, McKeown easily conjures memories of good food, good atmosphere and quality service.
McKeown Restaurant is bringing the same high levels of product and quality service to Accra.
This assurance was given by Mr Adu Aninkorah, CEO of McKeown Group of Companies, during the formal opening ceremony of the facility.
Mr. Aninkorah, an elder of the Church of Pentecost, had the full backing of six Apostles and pastors of his church as the tape was cut to declare the Osu branch of his restaurant open for business.
The men of God who prayed for success for the business included Apostle Francis Ofori Yeboah, acting Chairman of the Church of Pentecost; Apostle Michael C. Asiedu, Witness Movement Director; Prophet Ben. A. Adobah, Children’s Movement Director; Pastor Nicholas Darko, Finance/Administration Director; Pastor E. Kwesi Acquah, Youth Ministry Director; and Kofi Antwi-Bosiako, Project/Estate Manager.
The men of God urged the management and staff of McKeown to provide quality services as this would be an honour to the Almighty Maker and provide satisfaction to those who patronise the restaurant.
They also hoped the facility would expand to other areas of Accra, the entire nation and even beyond Ghana.
According to Mr Aninkorah, McKeown Restaurant would serve African European and Chinese dishes.
The facility would provide home and office delivery as well as outdoor catering services.
