Ghana Football Association boss Kwesi Nyantakyi has taken charge of the position of the prestigious Black Stars management committee.
Nyantakyi was faced with the delicate balancing act in choosing his new committee members as he had to appease his newly-elected executive committee members.
Jordan Anagbla will serve as Nyantakyi’s vice on the powerful committee while Felix Ansong of Liberty Professional and Moses Armah of Medeama are also new members on the Black Stars management committee.
Another top businessman Emmanuel Kyeremeh, the owner of Berekum Chelsea as well as Kwame Ofosu Bamfo (Sikkens), and Yaw Boateng-Gyan complete the membership of the prestigious committee.
In what could be seen as a promotion Randy Abbey moves to head the local Black Stars committee but loses his position as the chairman of the Black Meteors committee.
He will be assisted by Volta Regional RFA chairman Francis Dogbatse.
Abbey will also work as the chairman of the media committee where several journalists including the BBC’s Michael Oti Adjei have been named.
Kudjo Fianoo, Desmond Frimpong-Manso, Jones Alhassan Abu, Chief Bakare and Oheneba Charles are the other members of the committee.
Despite his failures with the local Black Stars, George Afriyie was handed the very sensitive national U-20 team, the Black Satellites, the team that churns out Ghana’s next batch of superstars.

Nana Kwame Nketsia, Alhaji Braimah (Alhaji Hearts), Owoahene Acheampong, Kingsley Osei-Bonsu and Wahid Idrisu will serve as members.
Fred Crentsil takes over the U-17 committee reigns and would be assisted by Wilfred Osei (Parma). Ntow-Fianko , Sam Arday, Mohammed Alhassan, Selorm Fiador and Afotey Odai are the remaining members.
