Hearts Resolve Internal Problems
Accra Hearts of Oak Sporting Club (SC), has resolved some of their internal issues in an emergency meeting held by the Board of Directors of the club on December 8, 2011.
In a release signed by outgoing Board Chairman, E.M Commodore Mensah, stated that the club as decided by the then Board, floated shares to attract old and new investors.
He stated that the floatation exercise had concluded and new investors had invested in the club and that “it was only fair that the interest of the new investors be reflected in a reconstituted Board,” he added.
Commodore also said it was resolved that the term of the old Board stands dissolved accordingly by reason of it been lapsed and that the club would take steps for a new Board to be reconstituted and outdoored soon.
