Doe Adjaho Congratulated
Friends of Doe Adjaho, has congratulated Mr. Doe Adjaho, the first Deputy Speaker, for getting the nod through popular acclamation to contest the 2012 polls as the accredited National Democratic Congress (NDC) parliamentary candidate.
Mr James Gunu, Secretary to the group, in an interview with the Times in Ho expressed gratitude to the Executive Committee of the party and the delegates for making the exercise a success.
He said “the battle has just begun and what is needed now is hard work,” to make the “Better Ghana Agenda” of the President manifested in the constituency.
His development projects he had executed in the areas of health, education, roads and electricity will certainly translate into votes for President Mills and the MP.
He said the NDC is the only political party that has shown to the people that it is capable of delivering on its promises in the constituency.
According to him, through the MP’s initiatives the Akatsi township roads have been awarded for GH¢42 million contract.
