Elmina Coconut Grove Sharks held Feyenoord to 1-1 draw in their outstanding Division One League match played at Robert Mensah stadium, Cape Coast on Wednesday.
After referee Alexander Nsiah signalled the two sides into action, it was Coconut Sharks who opened the scores through a spot kick in the 19th minute taken by midfielder Frederick Osei.
Back from the recess, Feyenoord took control of the match and equalised through outside-right Ibrahim Quartelai in a goal mouth scramble in the 49th minute.
Both teams played a determined game from then on but there were no further scores until the full time.
